When you have decided that you wish to have your loved one's cremation cared for by us, simply visit our Arrange Today page, if your loved one has passed away in hospital choose 'Direct Cremation'. If your loved one has passed away at home or in a care home, choose 'Direct Cremation - Home Collection'. Then proceed to checkout. If you would like to talk with us before hand, call 0330 043 2772, or please fill in the 'contact us' form and someone from our team will get back to as soon as possible.

What happens next?

Once we have received payment, we will get to work in arranging your loved one's cremation. If your loved one passed away in hospital we will collect them as soon as we are permitted to do so by the hospital. If your loved one has passed away at home or in a care home, we will collect them within 6 hours (during normal working hours). There is an extra £50 fee for home collections.  There will be an Application for Cremation form to be completed, this will be sent by post. All correspondence, phone calls and emails, will be done within normal working hours of 8.00am to 6.00pm.

When will the Cremation take place?

We will endevour to have the cremation completed in the shortest possible time. With current regulations in the funeral industry, the current timescale is about 21 days from time of death, but please be aware, due to circumstances beyond our control, sometimes it may take longer.

Will i know when the cremation takes place?

Yes. We will keep you informed every step of the way, and we will inform you of the date as soon as the cremation is booked.

What happens after the Cremation?

We will inform you once the cremation has taken place. We will then arrange a date and time to hand deliver your loved ones ashes back to you. This will be done within 14 days of the day of cremation.
